  • Having a concierge physical therapist means a dedicated expert can assist you whenever needed. Being out-of-network with insurance companies allows the Movevery team to take the time to be accessible to their patients and provide high-quality care without third-party payers dictating when, how, and what type of treatment your infant or child needs. Treatment is convenient, as it takes place in your home or setting of choice, including daycares, private schools, playgrounds, and more! We strive to schedule you within a few weeks. You won’t have to wait for insurance authorizations and approvals to initiate care, ensuring your child gets the help they need when they need it. This means you pay out of pocket for each visit. See below for information on reimbursement.

  • Yes. Colorado is a direct-access state for physical therapy, which means you can come directly to a physical therapist for treatment without seeing a physician first. Our goal is always to support you and your child, no matter your concerns or where they fall on the developmental spectrum. Parenting comes with much uncertainty, and we aim to provide peace of mind and support as quickly as possible, helping you feel more confident and connected to your child.

  • Movevery is an out-of-network practice and does not directly bill your insurance company. To provide concierge one-on-one care, Movevery operates as a cash-pay practice. However, we will provide you with a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance if you choose. The detailed invoice acts as a superbill and includes all the information, along with medical and treatment codes, needed to submit for reimbursement. Reimbursement is person and plan dependent. If you self-refer, we recommend varying your out-of-network physical therapy benefits if you plan to seek reimbursement, as some may require a physician referral, and without it, they may deny your claim. Wellness consultations are not subject to reimbursement from insurance companies.

When paying out of pocket, there is no limit on the physical therapy services your child can receive as long as they are deemed appropriate based on the patient’s evaluation. Payment is due at the time of service. Movevery’s online appointment scheduler will prompt you to provide payment via credit card, FSA, or HSA card.

  • Yes. Since physical therapy services, like the ones provided at Movevery, fall under a medical expense that treats structures and functions of the body, you can use your HSA funds to pay for treatment from a physical therapist for yourself, your spouse, or your dependents.

Movevery accepts HSAs and provides you with a receipt for service if your HSA provider requests it.

  • Yes. Since physical therapy services, like the ones provided at Movevery, fall under a medical expense that treats structures and functions of the body, you can use your FSA funds to pay for treatment from a physical therapist for yourself, your spouse, or your dependents.

Movevery accepts FSAs and provides you with a receipt for service if your FSA provider requests it.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt you could receive from a healthcare provider, typically after an out-of-network visit. It acts like a bridge between you and your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Think of it as an itemized explanation of the services you received, along with medical and treatment codes that help insurance understand what care was provided. This information determines how much they can reimburse you for the visit. Superbills are NOT bills but rather detailed receipts to help you seek reimbursement from your insurance. You must submit the superbill to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

  • Yes. Physical therapists can order imaging if they feel it is medically necessary.

  • There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that another patient could have filled. As such, Movevery, LLC requires 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24-hour notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The first cancellation will be forgiven, as life (especially with babies/children) happens, and that is understood. After that, patients who provide less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $100 cancellation fee to the card on file. Those who “no show” or fail to notify their therapist of a cancellation will be charged the full visit rate. The best way to cancel is through your patient portal on the online booking site. You can also email Dr. Nicole at nicole@moveverypt.com or text, Dr. Nicole, at 517-214-3849.

  • Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, often abbreviated as CFT, is a very gentle, non-invasive form of bodywork founded by Dr. Barry Gillespie, and focuses on releasing fascial restrictions in the craniosacral system. Fascia is the body’s connective tissue that supports and protects muscles, nerves, organs, and the entire body as a unit. Strain in this fascial web can restrict optimal body and nervous system functioning. CFT techniques are designed to gently unwind and release fascial strain to allow for optimal mobility. Dr. Nicole uses a combination of CFT, manual therapy, and infant massage techniques to reduce tension in babies' and children’s bodies. CFT is effective for all ages and can specifically benefit infants with birth trauma, physical asymmetries, torticollis, reflux, colic, constipation, asymmetrical head shape, earache, crawling patterns, and so much more!

  • Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and Craniosacral Therapy (CST) offer unique benefits and can be crucial in holistic health care.  What sets CFT apart from CST is its emphasis on the fascial system, a complex web of connective tissues that permeate the entire body. By working with the fascia, Dr. Nicole can help reduce tension patterns and decrease imbalances that may be causing difficulties with movements, head flattening, or feeding concerns, to name a few.

  • Neonatal Touch & Massage is a specialized therapeutic touch designed specifically for premature and medically fragile infants. It combines gentle massage techniques with a nurturing touch to support your baby's development and well-being. This practice can help improve your baby's sleep patterns, enhance digestion, and promote bonding between you and your little one. By providing a soothing and comforting experience, Neonatal Touch & Massage can also reduce stress and pain for your baby, making their early days more comfortable and secure. It's a beautiful way to connect with and support your baby's growth and health from the beginning.
